I wrote this after I was arrested in Feb 2009 for obstructing an officer who I felt was brutalizing an innocent woman, and abusing his power. I spent the night in jail, moved home the next day and wrote this song about the experience and this idea that I am the one who needs to change in order to contribute to a world of peace, love and sustainability.
